    I wonder if she figured there'd be no crickets until the second day, then one more cricket per day? In six days, that would be 0 + 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 = 15 crickets! But wouldn't it be more likely to follow an exponential growth pattern? Or perhaps the Fibonacci series so prevalent in nature: 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8,...? Isn't this simply begging for more research? 😉
