I'm looking for support and guidance lifting heavy and losing about 20lbs of fat. I had a friend on here that was guiding me with diet and Strong Lifts, I've only been doing its since about Christmas. He deleted his account and I don't know where to do from where I'm at.

    Well, the StrongLifts website guides you through the program pretty thoroughly. If you have specific questions about it, ask away.

    The basics of fat loss are simple - eat fewer calories than you burn. Accurate weighing and logging of food helps, as does patience. For more on fat loss, read the pinned post in the General Diet forum. :+1:
