    Congrats! What works for you. This is not a debate. I'm offering advice based on what works for me, just as you are. At the moment I can't afford to eat skittles.

    Are we having this debate again?

    Since I'm not eating only Skittles or raspberries, it depends on the context of my entire diet. And yes, sometimes the correct answer is Skittles.

    i totally had a bag of skittles in the car on my drive home the other day - and they fit perfectly...and much easier to eat in the car than raspberries

    I have a powerlifting meet Saturday. Skittles would be way more helpful than raspberries in that situation.
