I'm looking for support and guidance lifting heavy and losing about 20lbs of fat. I had a friend on here that was guiding me with diet and Strong Lifts, I've only been doing its since about Christmas. He deleted his account and I don't know where to do from where I'm at.

Do you have the strong lifts app? You can download it free to your phone and it will guide all of your workouts. I use that program off and on and you’re welcome to add me.
What are your specific goals? Adding or maintaining muscle while losing fat? If that is your goal make sure you have a small deficit 200-300cals a day and focus on hitting your protein macro.
