Stressed at move to new country

My food and exercise has been good for a week, but I’m stressed because I’m moving to Poland on Tuesday to be with my partner. And a mandate from the court came that he will need to go to jail and he’s turning himself in today. He won’t be there to help me rent a room and set up a phone and get a bank account or navigate from point A to point B. I want to be there and work and save for our future for when he gets out but I feel nervous and scared.

    Wow, that is a lot of stress. Does he have family that can help you out? Will you have a support network in place? Is there any postponing the move until it will be easier for you?
