I am back to fitness pal after a 2 month break!

Hi Everyone!

I lost it on the 1st of December last year, and have put on a few pounds since ignoring my weight issue, but now I am back, I did Dry January and am now into dry February, and I think this might help my weight loss goals. I have just looked back at my food diaries from last November, and I was going over my fat goals fairly regularly, so I am going to attempt to circumnavigate that issue this time. Just had porridge with a spoon of Nutella for breakfast. I might even pop on a fitness DVD. Would be good to hear others stories of perhaps alcohol abstinence, and trying to reduce the fat. I also have the issue of random IBS D, which comes out of nowhere, and no matter how hard I try, I can't find my triggers. So heres hoping I can fix things by moderating my eating, giving up on booze and being a regular my fitness pal convert! Wish me luck x
