Well day one for me. I really want this to work this time. I have a busy life and food ends up being my stress reliever So I am really going to work on not over eating. I have felt terrible for a while and I knew I needed to do something. 1st thing before I joined this is that I gave up caffeine x2 weeks. Tough in the morning but I have GI issues so hoping it will help. Open to friends and advise. Have a great day.
