    WFPB here, technically Veggan (I eat some eggs). Potatoes of all varieties are your friend. I keep small steamed potatoes on hand for snacks a roasted sweet potatoes. They are super filling.

    I'm unsure as to why "vegan" has to be repurposed this way given that "ovo-vegetarian" already existed.

    Yes, my vegan friends make legumes the backbone of their meals. They also eat nuts for fat, and use plenty of fat in cooking.
