WFPB here, technically Veggan (I eat some eggs). Potatoes of all varieties are your friend. I keep small steamed potatoes on hand for snacks a roasted sweet potatoes. They are super filling.0

I'm unsure as to why "vegan" has to be repurposed this way given that "ovo-vegetarian" already existed.0 -
Mornings I typically do oatmeal or an açaí Bowl. For lunch I have some veggies with rice and for dinner I’ll have some type of veggie, salad, or soup. Snacks are typically fruits or popcorn.Yes, I am. I’m thinking I might—as you suggested—need to incorporate more beans (protein) and fiber in my meals throughout the day.
Yes, my vegan friends make legumes the backbone of their meals. They also eat nuts for fat, and use plenty of fat in cooking.0
