Birthday Binge

I've been doing really good on my diet recently. I've been feeling great and I'm starting to feel I look that way too. The thing is, it was my birthday this past week and I ended up with 3 cakes! So I've had cake everyday this week( going over my calories by 200 daily).
I suppose my point is. I feel very unmotivated now, like i reversed everything i worked so hard to achieve, and yet I can't stop. Sweet foods are my favorite. Any advice or motivation is welcome.
I've also been very hard on myself. Just constantly beating myself up. I feel as if I have a bad relationship with food now.

200 isn't even maintenance unless your deficit is crazy thin, and I'm guessing it's more like 500. With 3 cakes in your vicinity, I call that a very successful week! I feel a little gross if cake is the only thing I'm eating, but cake is delicious, enjoy it. It's good practice for the rest of your life.6

Share whatever cake is left over, or freeze it. As has been pointed out, 200 over your daily target doesn't take you over maintenance (especially if you entered to lose 2lb/wk). So you lose a little less this week. It's all good. Unless you plan on never having another birthday, you need to learn to fit these events in.2

Happy birthday! I am craving cake now!
I think going over 200 a day is not bad at all. Keep on going and don't lose motivation
You can do this!!! New week starts tomorrow!

Well first of all Happy Birthday!
Second It's only one week! Forgive and keep moving forward. Plan this coming week like you've been doing and don't give up because of a few days of celebration.
Third just think How lucky you are to have people around you celebrating you! You are blessed and that's awesome!1 -
Happy birthday! Be easy on yourself. 200 over, even for 3 days, isn’t that much at all. Don’t dwell on it!1

Thank you all for the advice, I do feel better hearing what ya'll have told me. I have no clue about dieting so ya'll have taught me something I didn't know. I really appreciate it and thank you all for the birthday wishes!3
