Hi all,
Trying to connect with some friends for motivation and support :)
Im currently working to lose the last 10 lbs or so of baby weight! Here are my stats:
Pre baby: 138lbs
On my lovely baby's birthday (July 2012): 200lbs!!! I know. Yikes.
June 2013: 155lbs...and stalled.
The first 45lbs came off easy, didn't really have to try. I've stepped it up in the last month and managed to lose a few more lbs...and I'm aiming to be back to pre-pregnancy 140lbs by the fall.
My weaknesses are evening drinks, eating out, delicious food like cheese, ice cream, and chips! And being so tired out from chasing a one year old that I'd rather nap than exercise...
I'm looking for slow, lasting, and realistic progress, without depriving myself of the yummier things in life.

  • Same as me. I was 208 when babies were born. Now 156. 137 pre-preg! Let me know what success you are having!
