New(ish) and needing some help with exercise

Hi all,
I'm desperate to lose some weight. I'm 5'3 and currently weigh 190lb. I have successfully lost weight in the past through calorie counting and exercise (HIIT and running mostly, and I managed to lose 40lb). Difference then was I wasn't working and I didn't have anything physically stopping me.
I developed plantar fasciitis about 2-3 years ago and have slowly put all the weight I lost back on and then some (I've made some seriously terrible diet decisions in the last 6 months). I did see a podiatrist at the time and was given insoles and exercises. Unfortunately while they helped, it never really went away and is back with a vengeance now causing more serious pain, and it's radiating to my ankles now. I'm hoping losing weight will also help with easing the pain.
Basically, I'm here to say hello and to ask if anyone has any suggestions on exercise I could do that won't hurt my feet/legs too much. I do cycle a little bit but it's not always a possibility with the weather. My fitness level itself isn't too bad, so that's good but I'd like to make sure it stays that way!
