Motivation???

Hey Everyone I’m Alyssa and I’m hoping to lose around 35 pounds and I was hoping that I could be given some tips on how to feel motivated on the days when I feel terrible. And what to do when I don’t have a support group around me at the moment to stay motivated. Any tips would be great. Thank you 🥳

Motivation is emotional. You're never going to be motivated all of the time, nobody is. It's not really about motivation...that's typically only going to be enough to get you started. After that, it's discipline...discipline leads to consistency...consistency leads to habit and habit leads to just doing it.4

I tend to worry that if someone feels like it's too hard to stay motivated to stick to a plan, they've picked a plan that's too hard
All you need to lose weight is a calorie deficit. Any other rules or goals you set for yourself should be habits that help you stay in that calorie deficit.
Also, make sure you aren't trying to lose weight too fast. If you need to lose 35 lbs to get into the healthy weight range for your height, then you should really only be aiming to lose 1 lb per week. Losing slower and actually getting to goal, is better than losing fast but not being able to stay "motivated" and quitting before you're done.
