Charting To Success

I find that I have lost my most weight by having buddies and charting my goals daily. If you are the same please feel free to list your goals and then mark them daily with a symbol for yes and a different one for no. And please support others in their goals. Together we can do this!
Also add a few comments on how your day went, your thoughts, your lessons learned!
