Steps don't sync

Hi I'm using android & Google fit . The steps aren't syncing . I have set MFP & Google fit to sync to each other & set step counter in mfp to Google fit . Doesn't work . Any ideas ?

I got it syncing ...had to enable negative adjustments But now it's putting me into negative calories for exercising .don't understand it0

Now I have 500 calories for 3000 steps . Hmmmm0
