Consuming too much protein?

Basically I read articles about consequences of having too much protein. I’m starting to freak out!!!!!! My goal is to lose weight and I eat 1400 cals a day to lose weight. I’m a girl, 18, 59kg, 5.2ft.
My macros
Protein 104 grams
Carbs 104 grams
Fat 62grams
I workout 6 days per peek.
Am I eating too much protein???? I also drink protein shakes since I can’t meet my protein goal daily.

My understanding is that people with some medical conditions shouldn't overdo protein, but it hasn't been shown to harm others. I also read that most people eat a lot more than they need, and it sounds like that's what you're trying to do. Your post says you work out six days a week and I'm guessing the numbers you aim for come from exercise calories boosts. I noticed that on days I burn a lot of calories through exercise, MFP says I should have loads of extra protein, which I basically ignore. A long, vigorous cardio workout doesn't mean I (a 110 lb female) need another 30g protein, but the percentages make the macros go up equally. Since I'm not doing heavy lifting, I think 65g is plenty, and add the extra calories in whatever proportion I feel like. I might be misinterpreting your post, though.
Drinking shakes to get to 104g seems foolish to me, but isn't likely to hurt you.4 -
104g of protein is perfectly fine!1

If she's weight training - even if it's only to preserve muscle she already has - then that amount of protein is perfectly adequate, even recommended. Protein requirements when in a deficit and lifting to preserve lean mass are generally a bit higher than when bulking or maintaining.4
