Hey guys!
Can anyone recommend a good fitness watch? I had a FitBit a few years ago and the bands would always break.
I’m thinking of getting the FitBit charge 3 as i heard it’s a lot better?
Thanks!

What is it that you want to track?0

The polar v800! It's amazing and basically has every sport you need as profiles. You can change the screen display to only show you the information you want to see ie time, distance, heart rate, lap time.
I absolutely love mine and I do swimming, spin class, running and gym workouts with mine.
If you swim then this is the only watch I would recommend as it is accurate on distance and lap times and it also tells you your SWOLF score.
If you run then it has a GPS built in so it can tell you everything you need to know about the run like distance, pace, cadence, elevation.
Honestly I would give this watch a 5* even though the heart rate monitor is a strap and not built into the watch, it gives a far more accurate reading.

Garmin devices seem to have a better reputation for sturdiness than Fitbits, though I've never owned one of the latter. What really matters, IMO, is what you're looking for, from the device. What features do you want or need?2

Yeah I heard Polar Watches are really good! But I heard the battery life for iOS devices wasn’t very good?0 -
Have the charge 3...love it so far.. daily wear..
Use it for steps and sleep tracker.. it can auto track other excercises also.1 -
I have the Fitbit Versa and love it. I finally found a watch that doesn't look like a fitness watch and I love all of the features that come with it!0

Apple watch fan here, Nice and simple for training, you can use built in or chest strap heart rate. Gives goals per day and month too.2

My first device was a jump into the deep end.
Garmin fenix 5X. Love it. Lesser devices would have been destroyed already.
Best service for swimmers too.
I also like the trail mapping while hiking. Can't get lost.1 -

I'd love a 5X but can't justify the grand (Cdn) so have settled for a 3HR. I would like the trail mapping but can live without it.
But Garmin seem to be the best built.0
