I’m in my maintenance phase of my weightloss journey and pregnancies. I’m getting back into toning and I’ve started a program for my bottom with some intense sqaut, lunge and other moves for about two weeks. I’ve noticed a small difference already, which keeps me motivated! But my question is, would that be enough time to have seen a small weight gain? I’m trying to figure out if I need to change something in my lifestyle or if it’s the normal course of things. I’ve ruled out anything hormonal. I did these things before the pregnancies but I didn’t monitor my weight so closely before now so I wouldn’t have known back then.
