Eating nesquick when bulking

Options
Hi everyone I’m currently trying to gain weight by increasing my calories to 2500 and lifting 3 times a week(compound)
Would I be ok to put nesquick in my milk to help me gain weight ?

Oooh, in your milk. I thought you were just choking it down with a spoon. Yeah, that's fine. And yummy. The other, not so much. Don't do that.

I misread this as Bisquick at first. That would be a new one. Carry on.

I used to add maybe half a cup of milk to two cups of Nesquick powder. It would turn into a tasty batter-like substance. Among other habits, it helped me bulk up to 416 lbs. :o

Anyway, it's probably not ideal to make it the centerpiece of your bulking diet, but a glass of chocolate milk is considered a staple by many people who work out. Drink responsibly.

When bulking or gaining weight, simply eat more food

I used to love chocolate Nesquik but the UK version actually isn't that high in calories? (50 per 2 scoops) I use Clipper chocolate powder or flavoured whey protein powder, more bangs for your buck

It's the same in the US.
