I am new on this website but I have been working on weight reduction for about 1 1/2 years. I have managed to lose 100 pounds so far and I hope to lose at least 50 more pounds (maybe 100). I have been watching what I eat and I walk every day. I usually walk 4 to 5 miles per day for exercise. It takes a bite out of my day but it's definately worth the effort. I have a great Cardiologist that got me started on my weight reduction.

I can see this site is going to help me a lot in the selection/monitoring of what I eat every day. This is a great tool and I find myself taking an extra moment before I eat something, because I will have to put it down in the plan. This is a great final screener for my selections. Good Luck to all of you trying to lose weight. It isn't easy all the time, but you can do it. Remember to take a walk every day!
