Looking for Support and Advice

Hit a point in my life where I need to make some serious lifestyle changes. So I decided to start tracking my eating habits and started a gym membership. Looking for supportive friends and anyone that could help with some advice in gym workouts. I went in today and just kind of felt lost.

    Hello there, I know exactly how you feel! I was so lost the first time as well. Here’s a tip that helped me, go in and do something you know and watch others around you , pick one that looks like they’ve been there a while and then try it out after they’ve left the machine. I promise, you know how to do most of it in no time! I’d absolutely LOVE to be your friend if you like as well? 😊

    What gym did you join? A lot of them have a qr code on the machine that can be read with a smartphone and will usually give info on how to operate it. Also I agree with above, watch someone else while you are doing something you are comfortable with. Always looking for more friends, feel free to add me.
