This is a story of how I lost my mojo. I was so sick and tired of being sick and tired that I stared WW and was loving it. Then one day I got sick. I had a sore throat and coughing fits and high fever. While being sick I lost my sense of smell and taste and everything hurt to swallow except for ice cream and jello. When all was better and I got an appetite back I wanted to eat and eat and eat and gained weight. Now I'm at a point where "I don't care". I feel like eating and not stopping. My desire to get healthy has faded and so I gave up. I guess this is good bye to WW. Maybe someday we will meet again when I have my mojo back. Until then, happy Valentines day. The end.

I did this and I'm back on here! You can do this don't give eat what you want and log it! You will eventually get back in the groove of it.1

Logging in my food is a solid habit for me. Staying within my calorie intake is hard for me right now. I know this slump will pass and I will get my mojo back again.0
