Would like to exchange low-cal meal ideas that hopefully don't involve too much cooking I'll start:
This full plate was 428 calories:
Sea Cuisine Mediterranean crusted salmon (320)
Green Giant Just-For-One cauliflower and cheese sauce (40)
Steamed broccoli, 1/2 cup (15)
Whole chia seeds, 1/2 teaspoon sprinkled (2)
White mushrooms, 1/4 cup (5)
Fat-free cottage cheese, 1/8 cup (20)
Seaweed salad, 1/8 cup (16)
Blueberries, 1/8 cup (10)
A glass of A&W diet root beer (0)
And to kick it over the 500-cal mark, have a frozen treat with Dannon's Light & Fit strawberry Greek yogurt. I put one in the freezer until it becomes an ice rock. Takes half an hour to spoon through it all - sweet, healthy, and only 80-cal.
