How to find motivation to motivate others.

You can't really motivate others directly.
You can inspire them (by being an excellent example of working hard, especially in ways that are truly difficult for you).
You can encourage them (by providing support, helping them learn, helping them do challenging things that create self-confidence in their abilities, suggesting new challenges you think they're ready for, helping them find ways around their personal obstacles, introducing them to people who may inspire them, etc.).
They have to motivate themselves.
To motivate yourself (so that you can be inspirational and encouraging), look for role models who inspire you, surround yourself with people who encourage you, commit to your goals, then be persistent, disciplined, and build positive hab.2 -
Be friendly! Don't make them feel awkward or that they don't belong.0
