I love spaghetti! But so does my waistline. This awyays satisfies my spaghetti craving without the actual noodles.

Steamed/boiled/blanched (I can't really tell - though the mushrooms look sauteed) vegetables with a tomato based sauce?

Zucchini noodles or zoodles are a similar thing!
  • I absolutely love zucchini noodles or spaghetti squash if I am doing an Italian meal. I like to use tofu noodles when I am doing a chili cheese meal of sorts. Something about the tofu noodles and Italian flavors are still off putting to me.

The super greens veggie pasta is actually really good. I personally don’t like zoodles or spaghetti squash. This stuff is good. 3 servings of vegetables in the pasta.

I really enjoy the angel hair pasta by Dececco. You can eat 3 nests for 200 calories. You can make your own sauce with fresh tomatoes, etc or sometimes when I feel lazy I buy a jar (meatless) which is around 50 calories per serving and eat 2 servings. For protein I love to add the Gardein Meatless Meatballs which are 150 calories for 3. The whole meal is super good and for under 500 calories fills me up.
