Naked, clothes make me feel like I am being suffocated and bound. I usually sleep under heavy blankets. It feels great but with clothes on it makes it hard to move around under the covers.

Naked. The body does a better job of regulating temperature for a good night's sleep when you are naked. For years, i would sleep in PJ's, Flannel lounge pants, Thermal tops, etc. Always woke up sweaty and not feeling rested. Switched to naked 5 years ago and sleep great now.3
