30 Days Keto Progress!

Good morning and happy Sunday bun day! Forgive me for looking crusty as hell in these pics, but here is my before and after 30 days Keto progress. I tend to carry my weight mostly in my hips and thighs, so most of my progress was made in my upper body. I am down about 10lbs and I feel amazing. My energy levels are pretty consistent throughout the day, no more afternoon crashes! My skin has cleared up BEAUTIFULLY and I was rocking a nasty breakout just before starting.

I stand just over 190lbs at 5’4” and have a ways to go. The start of 2018 I was pushing 220lbs so I am happy about how far I’ve come. Keto really kicked my progress into gear and can’t wait to check in after 90 days!
