So I'm trying to gain weight and figure out what I can/cannot eat again with latest flare, it's so difficult, it would be good to know how others manage.

I have Crohn’s disease My struggle is the healthy foods that I want to eat to lose weight are the foods that tear my gut up. But potato chips and candy digest easy.
What can you eat? Peanut butter , ensure, avocado??

I have Crohn's too. Currently in remission after having a total proctocolectomy but still very underweight because of gastroparesis. I'm low fiber/low fat which cuts out a lot of so called healthy foods.

When I'm in remission I can eat alot of different things except for high fibre, beans and some fruit, dried pasta is a definite no, I'm ok with most veggies though better if puréed.

Bless you, I hope you have a long remission - I had about 12 years after first op - right hemi colectomy.
After second op I'd been on biologics 6 years until last year, on pred at moment restarting biologics next week,
It's hard to get all the nutrients when restricted, I started the diary last week trying to get in 1600 calories - i seem to have a high carb and protein diet but I've not even put on an ounce this week. It's So frustrating.
