Right now am trying to get under 120 but might settle for in the 120s. Need at least to get back below 132 for weight class in powerlifting. I spent late teens and all of my 20s obese and around 200 lbs so have never been in the “healthy weight” for my height range. I got to 128 last year then spent 6 months not tracking so back in the 140s and working it on down again.0

I'm 4'11 and my goal is 100-105 lbs3

I'm 5'0" standing at my very tallest, I'm currently maintaining between 120 and 123.
My ultimate goal is 110-115, but I'm pausing here because I'm still breastfeeding and I don't want to restrict hard. I'm at a healthy weight for my height. I wear smalls and 4 in pants, I look great. In the long run, I'd like to weigh less so I'd be closer to the middle of my healthy weight range, not the higher end.1 -
I’m 4”11 and currently at 116 from 150. (Pre kids, this was the weight I was happy at but now my love handles and belly are still there) .. my new goal weight is 110.1

How did you figure out ur maintance calories? Mfp gives me 1200 for maintance and loss! Any help is appreciated0

At what rate were you losing when you were eating at 1200 calories?
Assuming it was 1/2 pound a week that would equate to a 250 calorie deficit a day.
If it was 1/4 pound a week it would be a 125 calorie deficit a day.
Add whatever this number is to the 1200 calories and you have your maintenance calories.
Alternatively, just add an extra 50 calories a week to your diet until you are at the point that you are no longer losing.
I would be given 1200 to maintain if I put my stats into here but the reality is that I can eat more.2 -
I went to 1300 a day for 3 months and gained 6 pounds I went back to 1200 and lost 3 pounds I guess I’ll try 1250 ! It sucks being older and smaller lol1

CnJ, I have a suggestion for you. And I know this may sound crazy but I am a bit paranoid that manufacturers LIE about the contents of their foods and the serving sizes. So... Altho you are accurately logging and weighing and everything else one thing you might consider is changing up your foods. So for instance if you ALWAYS have 100 cals of say "chips" a day why not say cut that in half and substitute a fresh veggie with low cal dressing or something. I think as petites with very little room for error, if say the chips were REALLY 300 cals per serving instead of 100 than even tho you are logging everything correctly for 1300 a day, you are actually eating more. Variety or changing up the menu might help.
Just some thoughts from a fellow petite. Hope it helps.
Edited to say - this is why I sometimes thing when a poster is having trouble losing or loosing or plateau'ing or whatever that when they change to a different macros or different WOE and it seems like BINGO it's a miracle I really think it's just the variety and maybe something they were eating ALL the time was not accurate.0
