Hello Hello, I am just getting started with Sharny and Julius! I will be doing Nourish. Still trying to sort it all out.
My niece did her program postpartum. My kids are 16 and 18... so I am post post partum!! Good luck. I will be trying to check in and post as well.

I know this post is old but I'm just wondering if either of you would recommend this program? The comments on FB seem really good but I don't trust them not to be paid. I know, I'm cynical.
