Hey guys i'm having trouble with my stomach
It just seems saggy and flabby like it always has been. My backs and legs are all toned and have muscle definition my only issue area is the stomach. I've done exercises for it and used ab machines ect. Do you think i still need to burn as much fat as i can still? I also seem to have a hangy double chin still there too!

Unfortunately you can't spot reduce. One thing that tends to help is building muscle to lower your body fat %. Do bulk and cut cycles. Lift heavy for 4-6 weeks while getting enough protein and eating slightly above your maintance calories. Than drop down calories, add in cardio, keep lifting for 4-6 weeks to cut some fat. Keep doing those cycles until you are happy with how you look.
You need to lower your body fat %. Depending on how long you were overweight, and how overweight you were (along with what you did along the way to lose weight) you may have some loose skin which can't be totally removed.0
