I have 15 lbs I want to lose, but would be happy with 10 by Easter!

It's nine weeks to Easter Monday - maybe review your goal and pick something you are sure you can achieve. Maybe a pound a week?
If you only have 15lbs to lose, which on the grand scheme isn't a huge amount, after that bank on 0.5 per week and ease into your goal weight gently. You would still reach goal for the summer.2 -
