Would egg on toast or porridge be a better breakfast for digestion?

    What do you mean "for digestion?" If you are saying which one will sit better with your stomach if you have stomach issues, try both and see which one you react to better. Then stick with the one that you do better with.

    If you are thinking that one of them will help you have some sort of special digestion that will allow you to burn more calories throughout the day, then there is no such thing. Eat the one you like more.

    Bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast are part of the B.R.A.T. diet. Is this the type of "digestion" issues you are having?

    MikePTY is correct, you will have to try things out to see what works for you. I have acid reflux, and normally oatmeal is a good thing. But it gives me wicked heartburn.
