That Stubborn Plateau

Hey there,

The lowest weight I have been (since I can remember) is 203 (2011), and up to 252 in 2004.

I've lifted weights, ran, different diets, food diaries, calorie counted, slimming world.... even trained and ran a half marathon sub 2.00hrs (2011), but cannot get lower than 203. When the weight loss stops I get disheartened and things slip... well more like a land slide...

Am currently at around 208 and would ideally like to get 185, it doesn't sound much its driving me nuts. So have decided to really go for it and see if by supporting each other through here hopefully hit my target.

Feel free to add me and hopefully we can help each other keep motivated and stick at it.

Thanks for reading.

I've been there before, that plateau is frustrating! Feel free to add me if you'd like!

A three week diet break at TDEE got me off my last plateau. When I returned to deficit, the scale started moving again, albeit slowly. I'm guessing eating at a deficit for a prolonged period slowed down my metabolism.
