    Hello My name is Ben, I'm 21 years old and I'm from Bristol. I have been overweight all my life and I have really struggled with my weight. I have 'dieted' in the past on quite a few occasions, however I never managed to stick to them. As of today I have been on a healthy eating plan for 4 weeks and I'm still going strong. I do a 60 minute DVD work out 3 times a week and I've been doing a lot more walking. Ideally I'd like to lose at least 5 Stone (to begin with), but I know that it is going to take me a while. It will all be worth it in the end though :) Keep it up. We can do it. Feel free to add me if you wish
