Meal planning for weight training

Is there a way to add additional meals? For the training I’m doing I eat 5 meals a day ... I know to just split it mentally but to have visual confirmation is really nice and encouraging to track progress. Also.. no place to put in supplements (like vitamins)?

Yes, you can have 6 meals https://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings
You can add supplements to one or any of them. I just add supplements with a lot of calories, and add them to breakfast.1 -
I added a Supplements category and keep track of my protein powders and vitamins in there.0
