Hey all & Good Luck to ya. Weight loss and fitness when over 60 yrs old is not easy. But if you did it before and had it all together years ago, then it can happen ... again, well at least that's what I tell myself. I love water aerobics, speed walking and hiking. Used to love lifting weights and if I can get back into it, all the better.
