I did High Intensity Workout, Apple Watch logged my days Exercise as Move: 1,039/Exercise: 790 calories. MyFitnessPal logged it in diary as 92 extra allowance, is this correct?

I would trust the Apple Watch calories over MFP. Apple uses your normal heart rate to determine how many calories you burned during the workout. MFP just using an algorithm based on averages from your age, gender, etc.0

If you’re set to active (or anything other than sedentary), MFP has a number built in. You only get credit for calories above and beyond that number. Also, if you use the workout function, you’ll see that workout “credited”1

Thank you very much for your help0
