I didn't see it on MFP and had to input the caloric info.

I'm wondering... AM I the only one who does the mini trampoline?

I have been thinking about getting one but haven't so far. How good of a workout is it?

You might have to go to another site to find it. I think sparkpeople have exercise calculators , I think that's where I found snow shoveling.

:noway: You know you just reminded me about the mini trampolines. I had forgotten about them. The last time I had one was in "95" for my youngest daughter when she was 3 years old. We both had fun jumping on it. Think I'll see about getting one again. Thanks. :flowerforyou:

    I enjoy mine lots!

And it's not only simple to use, it's fun... and the trampoline/rebounder cost under $20.

The children all love it too.

Yes, I found a calculator online and then inputted it on MFP so others could use the info too.

    :-)

    Love,

I have one of those hidden somewhere in the basement. Maybe I should dragg it out into the light of day again.

I have one and never use it. How do you use yours/where did you find a program? .... video, free form moves, book?

Well, I have a regular sized trampoline in our backyard.

I found this info in caloriesperhour.com:

    Jogging - on mini-trampoline
    128 calories in 30 min

    Trampoline
    99 calories in 30 min

These results is for my weight which is 125 pounds.
    I will be getting a mini trampoline:laugh:
