about to complete M&S upper/lower what next?

I am about to complete M&S Upper/Lower routine, https://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/upper-lower-4-day-gym-bodybuilding-workout
It will be 10 weeks next week and I was trying to figure out what would be a good workout routine to goto next. I want to keep 4 days or less going to gym.

My strength has increased very well and form has been solid. My goal is to tighten up my whole body as I am loosing about 2lbs/week and want a muscular shaped body.

any help will be appreciated.
