Hi all,
I’m starting MFP after years of yo yo dieting.
I’ve started on the premium plan where I can amend my macros.
What would you recommend for a) calories b) macros breakdown
Also just FYI I’ll be working out 3xs a week and would like to lose 2 pounds a week (around)

What did you get for calories/macros when you did the guided set-up? Those are a good start.3

Not enough information. At a bare minimum we'd need to know your height, sex, age, weight, goals, activity level, and an idea of what kind of macro breakdown you're looking for since you want to customize it. And even then we'd just be guessing. The basic MFP numbers are a very good starting point. What did they give you and is there any particular reason you don't like or what to change them?0

Unless you have a medical condition which is affected by diet the default macro percentages and calories are a great place to start for most people. Stay with this for at least 1 month and reassess if it doesn't seem to be working for you.1
