Hello everyone.

I started my fitness journey approximately 7 months ago.
After realising the lack of exercise I did it gave me a kick up the *kitten* I need to make a change, especially now I'm in my early 40's.

I never had a goal in mind, but he more I've done the more I've learned. Its wasn't until I looked in to my diet more I discovered this App and started to make changes.

Ultimately, like most men I guess, I'd like to shred the fat and build muscle. I'm really at the start of my journey so if anyone has any advice on exercise, diet or how to get the most from this app, then feel free to contact me or leave a comment.
