Goals: I'm currently 188lbs, my goal is to get back down to 155lbs. MFP has me on a 1500 calorie diet in order to lose 2lbs every week.
It means MFP maxed out on your calorie deficit (1500 is the minimum it will give for a male) - it would have given you a screen with the estimated weekly loss in red after submitting (it may be < 2 lb/week). 2lb/week is a lot to lose for someone that isn't obese.0
