Hello!

I’m a Professional Craftbeer Brewer who has fully committed to a Ketogenic lifestyle (it makes no sense I know 😂). I started out officially at 237 pounds on 9/27/2018 but in the months prior to that I was much heavier at 250 or so. As of today (2/19/2019) I am at191 pounds. I use both the Fitbit and MyFitnessPal apps to track my calories, activity and sleep. I have been on calorie restriction of 1700 calories a day for two months. My body fat percentage is 20% at the moment but my goal is between 15 and 10 percent. My job allows me to burn upwards of 3500 calories a day, 6 days a week. For exercise I run 4-5 miles every other day. I’m also a member of a local gym and I weight train 5 days a week. I am interested in making it to my goal (I’m almost there!) and once I get there maintaining a healthy BMI.
