Other nutrition tracking resources

I've been on MFP for well over a year now and, for the most part, have done well with it. However I'm interested in tracking other nutrients which aren't tracked by MFP. Specifically, magnesium and vitamin D at the moment. Perhaps, there isn't a convenient tracking mechanism available, seeing how that data isn't available on all food labels. Does anyone else dig deeper into your nutritional balance? If so what do you use? Thanks!
