Hello, I’m trying to lose weight. Ultimate goal is 50lbs but right now my focus is 20lbs. I enjoy running and my profile picture is a run I did in 2016. I want to get back to that and improve. I’m in my 20s and from California. Definitely need support and quick food ideas!

    Small goals really helped me. The end figure seems not so daungting then.

    My orinigal whole target was 45lbs.
    Broken down to 7lb stages.
    Now at 42lbs

    Loads of support on here.
    Ask questions/have a rant/add friends, there will always be help.

    Quick food ideas

    Chicken or any meat you like and vegetables or salad or flavoured rice.

    One for me at the moment is
    Chunky veg soup (tinned- easier)and turkey or sometimes a little pasta tubes.

    Slow cooker casserole (make say 4 portions then freeze for another time)
