Are you new to exercise or new to the particular exercises in this routine? If so, you may be sore for a few more days. However, are you just sore or are you in pain? I know they sound similar but if it hurts you to move to the point where it's impeding you, that's beyond soreness. I'm familiar with the BBG workouts and, depending on which week you're on, you could have injured yourself. If it is just soreness, stretching, walking and/or aerobics could actually help with that. Have you been stretching post workout?

No I’m not new to exercising. However I’m kinda new to some exercises on the programme. No when I meant pain, I meant like My quads are sore. I’m on week one of BBG. I’ve been streetcing after workouts but only like for 2 minutes

Yeah, I agree with normal DOMS. However, I'd be stretching for a bit longer than two minutes if I were you; it would help with DOMS in the future.
