Fighting father time

So... an introduction. I'm not new to MFP and have successfully lost weight in the past, but have only lurked on the message boards up til now. I've never been outside a 'healthy' BMI range, but I let it go a bit in the last couple of years and was feeling seriously blah. So I've finally knuckled down, extracted the bicycle from the garage and lost 6lb since Christmas. I wish to lose another half stone or so to get back to "fighting" weight, and drag some of my old clothes back out of the cupboard. I've settled into a good food and exercise routine so I'm feeling positive. Not much else to say really, except to extend best wishes anybody else doing the weight loss thing. Keep it up! It's all worth it.
