Hey there MFP Friends!
I was wondering if anyone does any Pilates off of the good ol' Youtube? If so, what are your favorites? I'm looking to do some more Pilates, maybe yoga, maybe buti yoga...but starting with pilates first!
Recommendations welcomed!
Thank you!

I love Pilates and try to do it frequently. Though I generally use a Reformer, the Howcast video series on YT are very good on understanding many of the moves on mat.
As with anything, Pilates included - proper form is key.0 -
Straight-up pilates can even be done from a book. I do a Pilates Fusion and a Pilates Remix which are a modern take on the classic.
But the moves don't change.0 -

I'm also a blogilates fan! Her workouts are fun but tough. I started pilates to help me balance out with my running and hiking, I've been doing it about 5 weeks and have noticed a big difference in my body tone, balance and strength just in that small time.
I just do it at home on a mat that I bought, started out learning exercises from a book and then to YouTube.0
