10 before 10

Hi, I'm Heather,
I am 58, five foot tall and 90.6 In other words ROUND
Anyway I've been looking online at the 10000 steps and find mainly reasons about why you should, and not many testimonials... so I'm hoping to make my own testimonial! (keep in mind I have short legs, so this doesn't mean long distance! LOL )
I tell myself it's to get fit... but I don't believe it haha...
So I've cut out lunch, lowered my portion size for tea (dinner) limit one or two wines.. and no snacks.
I am giving myself a star (well an * really) everyday I do 10000 steps before 10 am. (I am lucky my lifestyle is pretty flexible, so I can do this a few days a week)
I think this is the first time in my life I've had a star chart for myself :) *

    I have discovered Time Restricted Eating ... so am skipping breakfast instead. ( amazingly I can start the day without a coffe!) early days yet but it doesn’t seem to challenging and still under calorie limit
    Not going to weigh myself for a month so I don’t see increases!
    Anyone here tried TRE?
