Don't want to weigh myself cause I hate the 9's!

199, 189, 179, 169. 159 lbs... I hate them all. When I reach a nine I'm too scared to weigh myself again. You finally get out of one bracket but you are barely out and you can swing back in so easily. I feel better when I reach the 5's. 195, 185, 175... I feel as if I'm on my way when I reach the 5's. I'm supposed to weigh myself tomorrow (Thursdays and Mondays) but I don't want to do it. And I caught a cold so I think I might go up a bit.

    My best advice is to stop giving the number on the scale so much power! It’s just one measure of your progress. Others include inches lost, improved BP and cholesterol and triglycerides, stamina, healthier skin/nails, better eating habits.....
